2026 Korea Dongdaemun Summer Holiday Closure Announcement

Dear Members,

Due to the 2026 Korea Dongdaemun Market summer unified closure, we hereby announce the work arrangements of each department as follows. Please prepare your procurement and shipping plans in advance.

I. Dongdaemun Store Operating Hours

Closure Period:
August 7, 2026 (Friday) — August 16, 2026 (Sunday)

Resuming Business:
August 17, 2026 (Monday) 20:00

II. Purchasing Department Work Arrangements

Rest Period:
August 7, 2026 (Friday) — August 16, 2026 (Sunday)

Purchasing Schedule

• By August 5 (Wednesday) 20:00 Orders with successful payment will be processed for normal purchasing that night.
• After 20:00 on August 5 Orders paid will be uniformly purchased on August 17, 2026 (Monday) night.
• On August 6 (Thursday), buyers will only handle:
  • Exchange services
  • Pre-order shipment services
• August 17, 20:00 Normal purchasing resumes.

Special Instructions

1. Pre-orders

All pre-orders will be uniformly collected or refunded on the night of August 6 (Thursday).

(Except for orders with special customer requests to ship after reopening.)

2. Purchase Receipts

Receipts cannot be provided during the buyers' rest period.

They can be reissued normally after the reopening of stores (night of August 17).

III. Inspection & Shipping Department Work Arrangements

Quality Inspection and Shipping Schedule

• Goods purchased on the night of August 5:
  • Inspections and shipments will be completed by August 7.
• Exchanges and pre-order shipments on the night of August 6:
  • Inspections and shipments will be completed by August 8.

Parcel Shipping Schedule

• Parcels with shipping requests submitted by August 8, 21:00:
  • Will be shipped normally that night.
• Parcels submitted after August 8, 21:00:
  • Will be uniformly shipped on August 19.

Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Routes:

The last shipment time before the holiday is the night of August 6.

IV. Customer Service Arrangements

During the holiday, customer service is online 24 hours, and inquiries can be made normally.

All after-sales issues will be handled in the order of message time.

Friendly Reminder

1. During the Dongdaemun Market closure, stores will suspend operations, and related services such as purchasing, style confirmation, receipt re-issue for purchasing, and on-site verification cannot be conducted.
2. Please plan your purchasing, payment, and shipping activities in advance according to the above schedule to avoid impacting order timeliness.
3. All after-sales applications will be accepted based on the submission time of the message.
4. Members with purchasing needs are advised to complete their orders before the closure to ensure timely procurement and shipping of goods.
